Before law, I spent years in financial services leadership at Bank of America and U.S. Bank — managing teams, P&L accountability, and regulatory compliance in a heavily regulated industry. That background informs how I approach legal today: not as a separate department, but as a strategic partner to the people and organizations I serve.
